Property Legacy

The original home on this property was an 850 sf Bungalow set on 4.82 acres, built by Charles Verde in 1925. Verde moved to Woodinville in 1888, and opened one of the first Lumber Mills in the area. He moved his Mill to Kenmore in the 1920s before settling into his new home on this peaceful site. After Verde passed in the late 1930s, the property was sold several times, enlarged and remodeled. In 1998 it was sold to The Quadrant Company, who created the surrounding neighborhood of West Hill Heights. The home was kept on what became Lot 52, sold to Mary Mayo, and then purchased by Hann Homes in 2024. Learn more about early Bothell at the Bothell Historical Museum, located on site at The Park at Bothell Landing.
